Responsive teaching, adjusting our teaching before moving on, closing the gap.

Every students knows their goals. They know what they are aiming for. 
We need to identify what they are missing and move all the students to the next level. 

Comments not grades. Do students act on the comments.

Feedback should be more work for the recipient. 

Students will only act on feedback if they believe they can get better
