Even when we got stuck in London after we missed a flight, I initially BEGGED my parents to take me to the harry potter store. This is hands don my favorite series ever, because 1: My best friend made me read them, ad in the first book i got bored BUT it got more exciting later on, 2: I had so many good memories of playing this with my friends back in 4th grade that I re-read them just for the nostalgia, 3: They inspired me to try to write my own books and 4: Every chapter almost always ends with a cliffhanger! I know it's kind of stupid that to this day I still like books and stories about dragons but this series has been such a big part in my life, I just cant let it go yet.

This was and still is one of my favorite books ever, evn though it's extremely tragic and sad, since the ending is so unexpected. It's a pretty basic series yes, but I still just liked to read it as a relaxing sort of book.
