2. acknowledge student's situation and empathize with them
3. To come up with a feasible plan to improve their situation bit by bit. 4.include other stakeholders as much as possible in this.
5.create a safe space for students and make a friendly and confidential relationship with them. Provide mental support as much as possible.
6. I will connect with the mind of the child. It must be a long term connection all over their journey. Setting the growth mindset is the best thing that I can do.
