         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think teens violate the first commandment, that prohibits you from using a computer to harm others. Teenagers today will often say things online, especially on social media not realizing the consequences. Their words have a big effect on people, typically a negative one as well. Teenagers need to understand that what they post is public, and can be really detrimental to themselves and others.<br><br></div>]]></description>
