The teacher then provided the extra support that each group needed.&nbsp;<br><br>Teachers shared strategies that improved groups, this made it possible for all groups to succeed.&nbsp;<br><br>Bottom line: Coordinated efforts and working toward shared, agreed-upon goals are good ways to bring together the school community and show teachers they're valued.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
