3Humble beginning

Born on 21 August 1986 in a small town in Jamaica, Usain St Leo Bolt was always an active child. "Maybe it's because of the sweets I ate when I was pregnant," said Jennifer Bolt, his mother. As a young boy, Bolt loved cricket and sprinting but soon began to focus solely on sprinting.

When he was 14 years old, he wowed spectators with his natural speed at his first high school championships in 2001, winning the silver medal in the 200-meter (200m) race. The following year, Bolt impressed the international sprinting fans when he won the 200m dash at the 2002 World Junior Championships in Kingston, Jamaica. At 15 years of age, he was the youngest world-junior gold medalist ever, and that was the beginning of Bolt's meteoric rise to the top of men's athletics.

In 2004, Bolt broke the World Junior Record in the 200m race with a time of 19.93 seconds at the CARIFTA Games in Hamilton, Bermuda. Numerous accolades followed swiftly thereafter. Unfortunately, a hamstring injury in May ruined Bolt's chances of competing in the 2004 World Junior Championships. Despite this, he was still chosen to represent the Jamaican Olympic squad at the 2004 Athens Olympics.

At 18 years of age, Bolt was brimming with enthusiasm and confidence. However, his hamstring had not recovered, and he was eliminated in the first round of the 200m race with a disappointing time record of 21.05s.

This article is about how mother teresa help other people and save lives. Mother Teresa first started with schools to help children who are poor and starving. Together, she managed to establish the missionaries of charity in 1950. In 1952, a hospice was set up for the dying to pass on with dignity according to religious rituals. Children would also be provided an appropriate education or job training opportunities so that they could fend for themself in their future. Mother Teresa gained international fame for her humanitarian work, advocacy for the poor and peace efforts, she received numerous awards from the governments, religious and civilian organisations. In 1982, she help to evacuate 37 children trapped in a hospital, she continued to work relentlessly to help the poor, the sick and the needy all over the world. However age caught up to her and her health deteriorate in 1983. She passed away on September 5 1997. What a hero!

Although wearable technology can be very helpful, they come with some adverse effects. Some people are concerned about the lack of security on these devices, as compared to our phones and computers. Many wearables tend to use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connections to transmit data, which could be easily accessed by the wrong person. At the moment, most of the data that is recorded by the wearables are not valuable for hackers to pursue.

However, that may change as wearable technology becomes more sophisticated.

Another danger is that people may misuse the data collected by these devices. In the UK, a girls' school has banned fitness trackers to prevent students from becoming obsessed with calorie-counting. Teachers were worried that the girls would diet excessively and develop an unhealthy body image.
