This could cause tripping or falling.
A precaution could be ensuring that wires are not in the way or to secure them to the ground with cable tape or a mat.
If any tripping does occur, the victim will be checked for any injuries. If there were any severe injuries they will receive medical attention. The hazard will be rectified and the precautions will be improved.

A potential hazard would be liquids near the equipment, this could cause destruction of the equipment by a possible fire or electrocution for anyone whom comes into contact with the equipment.
A precaution could be to ensure no liquids are any where near the equipment. In case of fire, all exits must be clear and known of to all members of the group.
If there was to be an accident of this type and only the equipment was damaged, it would be replaced and no one would be able to touch it until proven safe. If the accident causes to be short circuit while being used and someone is electrocuted, they will receive medical help immediately. In case of a fire, all members must evacuate safely.

A potential hazard would be equipment being set up incorrectly, especially the lights. If not done correctly, they could overheat much faster than if they were correctly. There is also a possibility of the equipment falling and being damaged if the base isn't constructed correctly.
A precaution could be to ensure that all the equipment is set up correctly before the production. Also check the sturdiness of the balance of the equipment, like the tripods.
If any of the equipment was to overheat and burn someone, they would be provided with medical attention and no one would be able to touch the equipment until it had cooled down. If the overheating had started a fire, the production would exit and call for help.

A potential hazard would be the equipment blocking the exits. This is easily avoidable, but could be fatal is a major accident was to occur.
A precaution would be ensuring all exits are clear, meaning there is no equipment blocking the exits.
If any accident was to occur, it would be difficult for the production to exit the premises. After that accident has been dealt with, we will ensure that all exits are clear and that everyone is aware of them so they know not to block them.

Scene 1: Photographer tells family to take a stereotypical photograph position.(mum dad and daughter positioned in front)
Photograph is taken and the when the flash hits the scene cuts.
 
Scene 2: Cut scene to a dark room where a silhouette of a hand about to slap the young girl is capture. Dad is positioned to the left of the set with the child to the right of the set directly in front. Then another flash occurs and the cut scene ends.
 
Scene 3: The man and wife move to their original positions, but the child is positions distant to them with abusive wounds becoming predominant. Then another flash happens cutting the scene again.
 
Scene 4: The dad is positioned just left of the shot and the young girl standing in front, then a pov shot will capture the man reaching forward with his left hand grasping the young girls collar. Then a flash will occur cutting to the next abusive scene.
 
Scene 5: The dad will again be position to the left of the set, the young girl again directly in front sitting facing away from him allowing for a over the shoulder shot from the dad. The shot then flips to a Dutch tilt as the girl turns her head to look at her dad. The cut scene then ends going back to the family photo-shoot.
 
Scene 6: Back to the original setting the mum and dad together to the left of the set and the young girl is now even further away then the first time with even more abusive wounds on the harms and face. Another photo is taken and then there’s another cut scene.
 
Scene 7: This is a scene where the young girl is on the floor again, to the right of the shot and the father towering over her about to kick her the repeated flashes take place, at the same time 6-8 other abusive shot will fly onto the screen. (not sure if this will be done during editing or on a screen being the girls head.) the shot then goes back to the photo-shoot.
 
Scene 8: Stat with a extreme close up of the girls shoulders, then she lifts her head and you see her wounds, the camera zooms out showing her on the floor in a ball isolated, then the camera zooms out further showing the mum and dad happy but the young girl alone.
