Hitler wanted to make Germany as powerful as possible. He joins the German workers' party and become its leader and later renamed it National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP), which is the Nazi party.
Targeting?
Hitler overthrew the Weimar Republic in hopes to rebuild the government. Because Hitler wanted Germany to be ever powerful, he placed government funds into places to train citizens for the German army.
Effects?
Hitler wanted his plans to go without flaw. At the time he saw people of the Jewish faith as a threat to Germany’s perfect plans. The rise of fascism began with Benito Mussolini who began to establish fascist states like Italy, by having a powerful charisma and spreading his own meaning of the word fascist.
Effects?
Fascism began growing in Europe after WW1, where people wanted to be united as one and wanted peace, however, to only have one ruler almost like a dictatorship.

I do not think that it was a complete reason as to why WWII started. After a while exports on coffee fell down to 50%.
