My favorite aspect of workshop that I have observed in the classroom is that it follows a sort of catch and release model. Therefore, I am pretty comfortable knowing the general ideas and schedule of how to go about setting up the daily routine. I loved watching the whole process of the workshop model. The students really seem to love it as well. From modeling what the student would do with a different text or writing piece to having them doing their own to coming back and reflecting whole class.
