Link, that is provided below, is Jay's interview, for all of his four trials. His story has changed all four times. For, example where he saw the body, at first he said that he saw the body at Edmondson Avenue and than later changed it up to Best Buy. Also, the time where he says that he didn't help dig the hole, but then later he changed his story and approves that he did help dig the hole. Also, for first interview he mentioned that he found out that Adnan was going to kill Hae on January 13. Then during his second interview he mentioned that Adnan told his couple night before that he was going to kill Hae on the 13. However, he changed back to his first story during his 3rd interview. Also, Jay used to say that Adnan and him were decent friends, but then he would change that up and say that they only smoked weed together and that's all. Also, for his first interview the police talked to Jay during two different timings before the did the first interview. This are some inconsistencies found in Jay's story, during his four interviews.

During the investigation, the detectives were able to find that Jay had a whole list of criminal records. For example, assaulting his girlfriend and assaulting the police officer. For all the assaults Jay never got charged and went to jail, and after couple years they forgot about Jay's criminal record. Also, according to many people such as Jenn and Kristi, the detectives were able to find out that Jay was good at manipulating. Jenn states that Jay is good at manipulating because if he's wearing green he would make you believe that he's wearing blue. This shows that Jay could have been able to manipulate the law as well. Also, Jay and Nikisha had a son together in 2008 and Jay doesn't see his son at all because he lives in California

Jay told the detectives that Adnan was wearing gloves when disposing Hae's body. The detectives decided to search Adnan's house for red fabric and they found nothing at Adnan's house that matched the LEAKin Park evidence, none of his red clothes matched the red fiber on the body. When the court found out this they didn't take a deep look inside this matter, instead they still believed that Adnan killed Hae.

INFORMATION ABOUT FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM

The detectives/policies took Adnan's, Hae's and Jay's fingerprints so they could match it up with the evidence. However, they never tested half of the evidence and fingerprints to see if it was Adnan who commited the crime. Also, the court wouldn't allow Rabia to be presented in the courtroom as a witness during Adnan's hearing because she was involved with the case and didn't want her to "mess up the hearing." Also in the HBO we were able to see how the police would lay out all the maps and evidence in front of Jay during his trial. Whenever, Jay would forget about something they would point at the maps and cell phone logs to basically tell him what to say. Also, there were 12 samples found/tested during the investigation, but Adnan's and others DNA wasn't found from the sample testing. All of this information shows that our federal court system is not always fair with certain cases.
