Freed black people should be able to vote just as white men can vote, there must be protection at the voting areas so that no white supremacist can deny a black man his vote.

In order to vote, blacks must take a test in order to judge if you are smart enough to vote. I you passed the test, you must also own land in order to meet the requirements to be able to vote.

Blacks shouldn't be prevented from voting. Anyone that try's to keep them from found so against their will should face criminal charges.
