Ayrıca, anasınıfında  görev yapan öğretmende bulunmaktadır.Öğretmenlerin tamamına yakını projeye çevre sorunlarında  yeni yaklaşımlara ilişkin yeterliliklerini arttırmak ve öğrencilerine bu alanda farkındalık  sağlamak amacıyla katıldıklarını ifade etmişlerdir.Öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğu daha önce derslerinde yeni yaklaşımlardan drama, müzik ve dansı kullandıklarını belirtmişlerdir.Anket sonuçları incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğu  yeni yaklaşımlardan  web 2.0, orff etkinliklerini derslerinde proje sayesinde daha çok uygulayacaklarını belirtmişlerdir.Öğretmenler proje sonunda, deneyimledikleri yeni yaklaşımlar sayesinde mesleki ve kişisel gelişimlerine katkıda bulunmayı ve  öğrencilerinin farkındalıklarını artırmayı ve çevre sorunlarına duyarlı olmalarını sağlamayı beklemektedir. In addition, there is a teacher working in the kindergarten. Almost all of the teachers stated that they participated in the project in order to increase their proficiency in new approaches to environmental problems and to raise awareness of their students in this field. The majority of the teachers stated that they used drama, music and dance in their classes before.
