If we have most classes taught online, the number of students on campus can be manageable.
To limit swapping students between classes and teachers, we can have the long (whole day class) once a week. If we return to the classroom, there needs to be a system in place where all students and staff are tested, at least, weekly or bi-weekly for COVID-19. Even if you take temperatures prior to students and staff entering buildings, there is still no way of detecting COVID-19 positive individuals who are ASYMPTOMATIC! 
We need to think about students and staff who are at high-risk and students and staff with disabilities who can't wear face coverings. The myth that children and teenagers are less likely to exhibit COVID-19 symptoms is completely false. Children and teenagers can suffer mulisystem inflammatory syndrome which is an immune response to fighting the COVID-19 virus.
There needs to be a robust testing system in place for all students and staff! The last thing I want is to take COVID-19 home to my family and get them sick!
