2.What problems did you face? How did you overcome them? My teammate felt that white didn’t stand out against the background so I changed it to another colour.

3.What do you want to improve? I want to improve the speed when I work to get task completed faster. I can do this by, listening to music and not talking to people around me.

4.What skills have you used/learnt that you will use again? I’ve leant skills such as using the magic wand in photoshop, I can use this again in nearly all task including photoshop.

I haven't faced many problems today besides deciding which colour to use for various objects, I overcame this problem by trying many colours and finally picking a suitable one.

3.What do you want to improve?
I would possibly like to improve ability in photoshop and use a wider range of tools.

4.What skills have you used/learnt that you will use again?
I have learnt more about how the audio equipment works and what settings to use in different situations. This will be useful in future lessons where we need to record.

2.What problems did you face? How did you overcome them? 

There weren't any direct problems apart from how time consuming and tedious our task was. We kept persevering and worked as a team to keep ourselves and each other engaged

3.What do you want to improve?

It would be beneficial to be more efficient with our time and maybe set time stamps in which we should do part of our animation by. This way we will be able to more efficiently use our time without the quality of what we produce being suffered.

4.What skills have you used/learnt that you will use again?

In terms of the animation we did they were all skills I am already very strong in. What I improved on was my team work and the ability to work within a team to get things done.

To learn the words, we watched it through a couple times, chose a character each, and wrote down what exactly they said. We then started recording.

It took us a couple of times to get it right but when we did, it matched up with the video and it matched up with the original audio.

In terms of problems faced, there weren’t really any problems. It was just a period of trial an error and it worked quiet quickly.

This audio file is of my groups re-creation of a short part of a episode. This helped us understand how to change our voices to suit a character and also how characters overlay and bounce off of each other.

I personally like GrageBand and find it very fun. When making songs for the e-book project, I spent quite a lot of time on tracks making sure they sounded right and flowed correctly.

There are tonnes of instruments you can choose from and then you can also change the way they sound and customise them. You can also change the way you play them from the original method of playing them to a sound pad to allow you to cater the way you play the instrument to the way you want you song to sound.

When you have recorded you track, you can then export it and then you can do whatever you want with it whether it be use it in videos, upload it for evidence, ect.

When I first started using it, I wasn’t sure how to use the complex controls and wasn’t sure how to layer instruments.

I managed to just play around with the application and figure out how to use the controls and different things you can play around with.

In the end, I managed to create a track and then I used it for evidence but didn’t think it was good enough for the e-book itself.

(It won’t let me upload my garage band export for some reason.)

Foley was very fun to record although it was a very long process rather than finding royalty free ones online.

I think the end result of the foley was very good. It sounded realistic and also had a sense of humour to it as well.

It was very successful and I would definitely do it again for other projects.

When we were recording Foley. We didn’t face any problems and it was very simple to do.

Before we actually recorded our own Foley, we looked at the background of Foley and also the founder of it. We also looked at some of the best Foley artists at this current day in age and it is very weird in the ways of how the create certain sounds and the things they use to do it. For example, the can get anything from coconuts and sand to replicate horses running in the desert and when it is paired up with video, it actually sounds like the real deal. It’s crazy!
