This is particularly true in situations such as a pandemic. This can have an impact on the health of others and worse the overall situation.
Motivation: So people understand the real risk involved when planning an activity and to help in limiting the spread of the virus.
Solution: An app that indicates the level of risk associated with a certain activity chosen by the user, by pulling data from government APIs as to understand the level of spread in the region of the user's location, the time and date of the activity and other attributes. As a secondary feature it could display a list of countries and their daily covid-19 status e.g. new cases, number of deaths as to provide more awareness and information. Another feature can be showing a section with the activities that are less risky.

They do not provide a mobile application, and their website is not mobile friendly and full of annoying advertisements.
Motivation: I would personally use the application, as I check BBC News every morning, but would great to have news purely for Bournemouth and surrounding area.
Solution: An application that shows you the news relative to your location, including weather and coronavirus information.
