Also, you will be going at a time when many tourists will be traveling to Greece, allowing you to interact with others, not only from Greece, but around the world.
Cultural Motivator: As said before you will be visiting many towns and as you walk their streets you will experience the locals culture.  On top of that, at almost every destination you will either be visiting a museum or a famous archeological site! 

Greece is considered to be a Recreational, Historical and Foreign Culture destination.  It has beaches and hot springs where you can lay down/swim and relax in the sun. It has magnificent archeological sites and museums that take you back in time such as, The Stadium of Olympia and The Sanctuary of Athena and many more. Lastly, it is located in Europe which has a totally different culture than the culture in North America.

There are two major potential barriers that apply to travelling to Greece.  One is of how much in debt Greece is in, causing the country of Greece to not be in a very steady situation.  The other barrier is of how Syria is located very close to Greece. Due to the war, there are many refugees in Greece, causing the borders to be closed to leave for the refugees causing there to be an overflow of people in the country.

The official language is Greek and their religion is Eastern Orthodoxy. Their pieces of art are well know across the world from famous sculptures to famous paintings located in their numerous museums. The weather is amazing as it is located along the Mediterranean sea. 
June-September ranging around 28 degrees Celsius, March-May and October-November all range above 16 degree Celsius and December-February ranges around 12 degrees Celsius.  
On top of all this Greece is one of the most mountainous countries in Europe.  It has many hot springs and a few volcanoes.  They have amazing landscapes wherever you go.

Day 3:
9:00 meet in hotel lobby to board the coach bus
10:00 arrive at Corinth Canal
12:30 leave for Mycenae
13:00 arrive at Mycenae and enjoy a lunch at your own expense 
15:30 leave for Epidaurus 
16:30 arrive at Epidaurus
18:30 Leave for Nauplia 
19:00 Arrive at Nauplia and enjoy a beautiful dinner at the Amalia Hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening with free time

Day 4: 
9:00 meet at hotel lobby and enjoy a breakfast at the Amalia Hotel
9:45 leave for Olympia 
10:30 arrive at Olympia
13:30 Leave for Antirion, stopping by the town of Patras to eat lunch and interact with the locals 
15:30 arrive at Antirion/Nafpaktos
18:15 leave for Delphi
19:00 arrive at Delphi to eat at the hotel you will be staying at the Amalia. Given free time after to either sleep or roam the beautiful streets of Delphi

Day 5:
9:00 meet in lobby to eat breakfast 
9:45 meet tour guide to explore Delphi
15:30 leave for Kalambakka, stopping by at some of the most beautiful towns in Greece: Amphissa, Lamia and Trikala 
18:30 arrive at Kalambakka and stay at the Meteora hotel and eat dinner at the Meteoron Panorama
Enjoy the rest of the night as free time

Day 6:
9:00 Meet in hotel lobby to eat Breakfast
9:45 Meet tour guid at Hotel Lobby
15:30 leave for Athens
19:00 Arrive at Athens
19:15 check into hotel, then head out to SMILE RESTAURANT
The rest of the night is yours to enjoy

Day 7:

Take an orientation walk in Athens with the rest of the day free to explore. Optional to visit the Acropolis site, the new Acropolis Museum, the Roman agora and the National Archaeological Museum.

Day 2: After Breakfast, leave Athens behind and head west on a rented coach you will be heading west to Corinth Canal, the canal is narrow, and ancient ships that once passed through have been replaced with bungee jumpers.  After exploring (or participating, $99, hard adventure) continue on to Mycenae for a walking tour(soft adventure). Learn about the development of the Classical Greek culture by interacting with locals on your own time(cultural motivator). After Lunch (own expense), travel to Epidaurus and tour through this famous archeological site. Continue to Nauplia, a beautiful sea town, where you will stay overnight and eat at the Amalia (4-star hotel).

Day 3: After breakfast, set off on the same luxury coach, and visit the famous archeological site of Olympia. See incredible sites like the Stadium of Olympia, where the olympic games were created! In the afternoon, board your coach for a scenic drive to Antirion, passing the towns of Patras.  Cross over the Rion-Antirion Bridge and then sightsee independently in Antirion and the nearby town of Nafpaktos.  End up finishing your day with a relaxing meal at your hotel in Delphi. Sleeping at the Amalia (4-star hotel) in Delphi.

Day 4: Wake up early and meet your guide to explore Delphi.  As you walk through Delphi you will be seeing magnificent monuments such as the Sanctuary of Athena.  You will head inside the Delphi Archeological Museum and encounter numerous amounts of art pieces and relics that date back to the 15th century BC. After you spend most of your day in Delphi you will head to Kalambakka by coach, traveling through the eye-catching towns of Amphissa, Lamia and Trikala. Enjoy dinner at your hotel and then relax at leisure staying at the 4-star meteora hotel in central Kalambakka.

Day 5: Leave your hotel to visit the rock towers of Meteora. Then with your guide, make your way up the walking trails to visit monasteries that will take your breathe away. After spending the morning exploring Meteora, head back to Athens by coach, stopping in the town of Thermopylae and at Kamena Voural hot springs.  Arriving back at Athens at approximately 7pm. Staying at the same hotel as before at the Melia Athens.

Day 6: Leave hotel in the morning (after breakfast) and head to the airport because you are going to be departing to one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, Santorini!  When you arrive you will check into your hotel (Anteliz Suites). From your hotel a bus will come to pick you up and the first stop is the 16th-century Monastery of Prophet Elias, built on the highest point of the island a 1,804 feet, where you are able to view the entire island. Next, continue to Pyrgos, a village with Cycladic architecture, Byzantine churches and a Venetian castle.  After you will be given time to relax on one of the best beaches in Greece, Kamari.  Then you will return to Anteliz Suites to enjoy a nice meal and go to sleep.

Day 7: After waking up and having breakfast at your hotel, you will make your way to Athinios and board a boat for a stop at the volcanic island of Nea Kameni. Walk up the dirt path as you climb the still active volcano to reach the crater. Next stop is to hot springs at the island of Palea Kameni. After, travel to the island of Therasia and stay for 2 hours swimming and enjoy the sea with a magnificent lunch. Lastly, we will be going to reach the port of Amoudi and climb the steps of Oia to view a beautiful sunset. Then you will be taken back to your hotel for dinner and to sleep.

Day 8: It’s time to go home… You will be taken from your hotel to the airport on Santorini, from there you will fly to Athens international Airport and then will be taken home to Toronto Pearson Airport.

The stakeholders for this issue are: The Greek government, the citizens of Greece, the European Union, the Syrian Refugees which cause the whole world to be a stakeholder in this situation. 
I believe this may cause a problem right now for tourism because of how crowded Greece will become with the tourists and the Syrian refugees.  However, with the money that Greece is acquiring from supporting the Syrian refugees, I believe this will help the future of tourism in Greece because their debt will start to shrink by a tiny bit at a time.  Allowing, in the future, for the Greek’s to develop their country more enabling them to allow the tourism industry to bloom.  Especially when the Syrian war ends, then the country will not be overcrowded anymore.
