Yes. It helps to reduce the human workload such as delivering groceries from FairPrice. This requires human beings to push a trolley to the house and they should be perspiring from doing this.

To prevent this from happening, drones are very helpful as they are able to fly like the aeroplanes so they will experience less traffic compared to the vehicles that people drive.

In my opinion, I think that Singapore is waiting for drones to be used so that humans will not have to worry about the workload that they are facing.

In china, people use drones to deliver products. It is useful to them as the people do not need to go out to deliver.

When using a drone you can either use a remote control or code it on the directions it needs to go so that it will be able to deliver it to the correct place.

I hope that Singapore will use drones in deliveries!

Drones make our lives more convenient if used responsibly.

Drones can deliver food, packages and other things to places more quickly, assuming they do not drop it on the way. They can also help in emergencies like helping rescue teams search for people in disasters or deliver supplies during floods or fires. For example, during floods in Libya, drones mapped damage and aided in search and rescue. Other than helping to make life easier or helping in emergencies, drones are great for taking photos or videos from the sky to create a beautiful birds eye view effect. But if drones are used irresponsibly, it makes our lives more complicated because of privacy and safety reasons, rules and laws and the misuse of drones to do illegal things.

I do not think drone piloting should be taught in schools as a future career skills, especially not Primary schools, unless they are old and mature and responsible enough, because drones can be dangerous, especially if used irresponsibly. Drones piloting can be useful efficient as it can help people run errands and help in emergencies, but despite the benefits, it is dangerous to let younger people use drones. If so happen they can use drones, but it must be under adult supervision.

Drones pose a serious threat to personal privacy, because drones have cameras, and it can somewhat fly. Nothing is stopping a person to invade the privacy of somebody and see more than what you need to see.

After reading Helpful drones, I have mixed feelings about drones. I think drones can be very useful when used properly .For example, drones can be used to deliver goods instead of manual human labour. I find it very beneficial as not only does it reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but it also helps to lighten human workload. However, taking the example above, drones can provide a whole new career opportunities and also loss. Like artificial intelligence ,drones may replace humans as they are cheaper and easier to use. On the flip side, people can now consider being a drone pilot for a living as drone pilots are now high in demand. We still need to consider people who are not tech-savvy though, such as the elderly, who may not feel that learning how to pilot a drone after getting replaced by it is a piece of cake .We need to take note that they still need to make a living .Besides, drones, when used inappropriately, can invade personal privacy. As a result, I think Singapore should try to educate its citizens first before making drones a common sight.

. Yes, I do think Drones make our lives more convenient.

Drones can help us by delivering food, delivering packages and many other things, assuming that nothing would be dropped. Furthermore, when you do online shopping, you would need to wait for your package for more than a week depending on what it is.

Although, if you have drones, they can send you the parcel immediately or at least in about 1 to 2 days which is much more convenient than having to wait for more than a week. Drones can also fly like aeroplanes so like cars and trucks, they experience traffic. Unlike drones they do not experience any traffic and can fly wherever it wants without disturbing anyone.

. No. I do not think drone piloting should be taught in schools as a future skill especially in primary schools as they are not old a mature enough to learn it. Drone piloting can be very dangerous if it is not done by a proper and more skilled person like an adult.

Certain drones are powered by electricity so if it shuts down, it will not fly anymore and may even hit someone which can be very serious as they can weigh a lot. This can happen wheaten the drone is flying in the air or when it is stationary. This can also happen during bad weather like heavy rain, thunderstorms and lightning which can also cause the drone to stop flying mid air.

While these are some negative effects on drones, there are also some benefits which can be shown by drone piloting in schools. If drone pilot in are to be an extra curricular activity, students will have more fun with the drones and even spark their interest on it.

By doing this activity, it can help them learn more on coding and programming which can be very helpful in the future. At the same time, to code you would need to work together with your teammates. So, it promotes teamwork and communication which is a very important skill you need when ig comes to group work.

. Yes, i do think that drones can pose a serious threat to personal privacy as it can have cameras and take images and have classified data. This may potentially violate people’s privacy. Drones can actually have sensors which can collect private information like your location, address and even audio data whiteout consent.

Drone can be used not just to spy on people but even for stalking and harassment or even other criminal activities. The drones can collect data and can be stored and potentially misused.

While others may think that drones are very useful which is indeed true, in my opinion i do not think Singapore should use drones unless it is programmed not to collect any private information or even others which drones can do.
