It wouldnt be an exaggeration to say that you intoxicated me, from the way your jacket fit loose on my shoulders yet comfortable nevertheless to the taste of your lips on mine and the way you held me so delicate, so warm. Recalling all that makes me wonder what made me resent you so much, why my fear overpowered my urge for your every being.

You weren’t around at the time (unless you were lurking) but I posted “I JUST READ SOMETHING AND IDK IF I SHOULD FEEL SOFT OR EMO.” 

Then I realized that I did feel emo because god knows I wanted those tummy kisses, I wanted you to randomly flex just to impress me (and trust me, it would), I wanted to have you to sing me to sleep and make breakfast with you– but I told myself that I already lost those chances to the blind selfishness I called fear, and the regret would build up with me forever.

As to why you came back I can’t think of any other reason aside from that I’m just really that fucking attractive – kidding, I’m kidding. You know that I hate being poetic but you just bring out that side of me, and I want to continue to show more sides of myself until you can read me like the back of your hand.

I’ll let you kiss me, and I’ll kiss you in return- again and again if I have to, as long as it makes you stay.
