This business deals in books,calculators,printers and stationery.i have been working in this sml shop for two years.our main competitors are large book shops that offer similar services and sell goods that attract customers such as drinks and takeaway foods.
Ever since the district council opened a new library we ve been selling goods on a slow rate.
Their have been development such as the government reducing tax on books in order to boost the reading culture in Zambia.In my experience working here I have learnt that selling goods at a reasonable price,smiling at customers and selling quality materials has put us in a position where large stores can not affect our business.
