Survey and  reflections can be used to improve the curriculum. The trip is for a learning experience and not just an activity.

Croatia: Regular questionnaire available for the students of mobility. Now only available for the participating universities. 
Alida:We are working on satisfaction questionnaires as well.
 We are organising meetings with students to find out what has worked and what has not.
 We set up videos with an incoming student and an outgoing student and they share their experiences. We make them available for other students who want to do a mobility.
 We evaluate all the reports from the students, but also from the teachers and the administrators.
 Finally, we set up working groups on incoming and outgoing mobility to improve procedures and everything related to mobility.

There are several levels of measuring quality: 1.satisfaction, 2. student outcomes, 3. institutional / curricular improvements and 4 societal impact ( e.g. employability or (global) citizenship.

Evaluation to improve learning. Learning must focused on the priorities of the program. Than you can evaluate the students and the teachers. Evaluation of the real actions. Specific measuring of the goals, social indicators. Qualitative analysis must be related to the targets and can benefiting other projects.
