These media influences or affects me through the incorporation of the content in my lifestyle. For example, with beauty-related content I tend to imitate these makeup looks or hairstyles. With productivity videos and academic - related videos I develop a healthier attitude and lifestyle. I become more motivated to do school works as well as learn how to enjoy life at the same time. Personally, it is healthy. Upon consuming media, I am aware of what I should do and what I should not. What I choose to watch is something that benefits me as an individual. Personally, I noticed myself developing better study habits and greater motivation with these academic videos. The beauty-related videos helps boost my confidence because these videos also highlight the beauty with or without these transformations. Media influencing us is normal, we are in the digital era after all. But, what is important is being aware on what type of media we should consume and what kind of media should we allow ourselves to be influenced.
