-We need thinking skills throughout the whole project to organize what we are supposed in each of our departments
-Skills needed will vary in the different departments, but generally they are all similar. 

Our main goal is to have a successful MUNISS conference, where delegates and StOff members from our school and schools around the world can come and enjoy the event.

For example the finance team has to organize everything concerning money. The hospitality team needs to organize everything to do with the party plus the catering for all of the days. 
-The executive team has weekly meetings where we discuss the tasks and the timeline. This is all gathered in a document which is shared throughout the team.
