I also agree with the use of contextualization from the Junior Scholastic which changes the transcript of the plaque.  So basically, you just change the purpose of the statue without honoring the Confederacy. I also think that the transcript of the plaque can be allowed to stay at it is because I think the Freedom of Speech can be applied to it because people are allowed to have their own beliefs in the U.S. Even though it is wrong, this is what the founding fathers battled for.
