         <description><![CDATA[<div>One reason you would appeal a case is because of error of law. Error of law is "when the judge makes a mistake about the law applicable in the case" (McGraw-Hill, Section 13.3) The judge either instructed the jury of the wrong law or the judge allows a certain piece of evidence to be used when it should not have been. </div>]]></description>
