Insight: Truly, Ai nowadays are everywhere. Bisag asa makita jd nmo nga naa juy gagamit ana. Just like in the presentation, most of the big companies in America uses Ai for their Human resource management. And I just think, gakahitabo ba naa sa Philippines? Nga gina use ang Ai for HR? Because just like in the presentation, AI removes biases as it is data-driven. I think it would be very helpful ug i combine ang use sa Ai and human intelligence to avoid biases especially sa Philippine setting nga known kaayu nga kung walay backer, dili kasulod sa trabaho.

Indeed this is a perfect way to awaken the curiosity and critical thinking of everyone, especially to us students. A job well done.

My all insights about Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is a powerful tool that can greatly enhance our lives, it is important that we use it responsibly and with caution. Rather than allowing A.I. to control us, we need to ensure that we maintain control over its development and use.

We must remain mindful of the potential risks and challenges associated with the ever-evolving nature of this technology. At the same time, we should leverage its capabilities to improve our lives, work, and society as a whole.

One key learning insight from the discussion is that AI can significantly enhance efficiency and decision-making in HR processes, but it must be implemented ethically and thoughtfully.

AI can revolutionize HR management by making it more efficient, data-driven, and personalized, but its implementation must be ethical, fair, and human-centered to truly benefit organizations and employees alike.

II. EVALUATION

After hearing their arguments and witnessing the strength of their reasoning, I realized that AI is not destined to change or replace us as humans. We are constantly evolving and driven by things that offer stability and can fulfill our needs. Since AI is developed by humans, it becomes clear that it will never replicate the human touch. Instead, AI will be integrated into human society as an augmentation. This insight was a key takeaway from the speakers. Overall, the experience was very informative and engaging, and I hope to have the opportunity to experience it again in the future.
