Set full-time and pull-in inclusive classrooms. This approach applies to students with similar disabilities. They mainly study in their own groups, but sometimes they are put in the ordinary classrooms with other students.

Provide special technology as per need for special education student. The example of set technology would be audio book reader for Visual Impairment disability.

Raise public awareness for both teachers and parents. While conducting my research into Disabilities challenges I found that surprisingly there were little to no awareness of how to deal with special needs kids among my peers and administration in my own school. Therefore personal development and training workshops for other parents to raise awareness would be necessary.

Organize my classroom environment to meet any (if not all) special needs kids requirements, for example clear space for any students with a wheelchair.

Implement screening system for students identification for both safety and emergency measure. If any special need students goes into epilepsy or breakdown we need to know who to cal and how to act accordingly. Additionally if a main teacher have to take a leave for short or long periods of time anyone who will substitute have to have an easy way to identify which student need the most attention and therefore help out of the class.

I gain a horrid realization just how far behind Thailand is in dealing fairly with special need students. It does not help that all of the government help for special needs kids are for Thai nationalities only. Even though the National Education Act was established in 1999 still in Thailand the children with special needs are put in special schools separately from mainstream schools. Foreigner kids with disabilities would have to go to international schools like “International Schools Association of Thailand” or try their luck in non-profit organizations. Overall very overwhelming gap can be seen between proper care that should be provided for spacial needs kids in countries like America and care that is provided in Asian countries like Thailand.

Develop Individualized Educational Plan for special needs students. Organize activities which promote learning and development of inclusive education in classroom and provide any additional paid overtime teaching for students who need it (does not have to be only for spacial needs kids), for example help with homework and go through classwork one more time.

Identify struggling students correctly by observation, if the following signs are observed contact your colleagues/school/parents immediately:

1.Physical difficulties in completing simply tasks.
2.Misbehaviour and/or explosion of emotions for no particular reason
3.Academic struggle and unwillingness to partake in classroom activities

Understanding that "Differentiated instructions" can be using in the classroom not only to help special needs students but other varieties like socioeconomic status, language, gender, motivation, ability/disability, learning styles, personal interests and teachers must be aware of these varieties as they plan in accordance with the curricula.

Learning Environment

The goal is to create an environment that is positive, structured, and supportive for each student. The learning environment includes the physical layout of the classroom, the way that the teacher uses the space, environmental elements and sensitivities including lighting, as well as the overall atmosphere of the classroom.
