This position requires a strong ability to lead the team in strategy and drive revenue and profitability, as well as strong background in sales that includes prospecting, negotiating, and strategically positioning the hotel's offerings to draw in customers. As of my current job it helped me developed skills that could support me for this role as it taught me to work in leadership, upselling products, problem solving that customer needs, and strategically coming up with ideas that would increase the company's sales. Furthermore, I would enjoy this role as it would help me develop more valuable skills in the hospitality industry.
