         <description><![CDATA[<div>Even though there is 70% of water covering the Earth, only 3% of that is drinkable, however not all of it is used for drinking. Some are in glaciers, some is used for household things like showers, etc etc. It's hard to distribute that equally among so many countries. </div>]]></description>
