A friend of mine and I were on a break from rehearsal and decided to go out for lunch. I loved theater but I struggled with my confidence and felt like I was letting everyone down in rehearsals. I was quiet for most of the lunch and my friend must have noticed I was feeling down because on the way back they told me something that made my entire day. They told me that I was the reason that they had gotten into the theater and when they had wanted to quit a previous show we were in I had convinced them not to. I was so shocked to hear this because I didn't think I had that much of an impact on someone.
