The more time you have to think about the issue, the scarier it will become until it's built up in your head as an impenetrable wall. This is why I like to just jump in, not overthinking it.

Three insights I gained from Seun Adigun's TED Talk:
- You need to take risks and not be afraid of them not panning out.
- Learn from your failures to guide you to your next goal.
- Execute your plan carefully, but without fear.
One question I have from her TED Talk is if there are any tips and tricks to executing your plan and seeing it through, because she talks about execution being essential but I don't feel like I have a firm grasp of how to do that.

It generally depends on what I think the subject is about, but I try to do a bit of research about the topic if it's at all possible and think about what it could be and what I can do. I also try to not overthink it and/or procrastinate too much, which sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. If it seems like something a bit too overwhelming, I try to back off a bit if it's possible and try to see it from another angle. Otherwise, I go into it at my own pace while also trying to not be too overly critical of myself.
