Step 1:  Preparation
1.  I am going to rearrange the furniture in the classroom to form a circle, with just enough chairs to accommodate all the students who registered for each of my classes.
2.  I am going to purchase a nerf "something" and use it to call upon students for participation.

Day 1:  Implementation
1.  I am going to integrate participation by planning an introduction exercise for the first day of class (probably very similar to the introduction exercise we did in Culture Camp).
2.  After introductions, the review of the syllabus will ensue.

Day 2 and Beyond:
1. I intend to retain the circle formation for classroom instruction.
2.  I will also encourage study group formation.

With regard to Step 3:  Assignment
Assignments in Math are dictated by the Math Department relative to the textbook.
