This amendment has a lot of power and affects not only the citizens' protection but harm. This amendment stated “the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” That statement can trigger many people, not everyone will agree, therefore it will cause conflict. Being able to carry a weapon can be alot since weapons such as guns can be mishandled. Weapons can get into the wrong hands and not be used for the purpose of protection.

Many people may think freedom is to be able to do whatever you want but for others freedom is as little as having free speech.In Many countries people do not have freedom of speech. In Iran women are protesting to be able to not wear a hijab. If they do not wear a hijab they may be imprisoned from ten- two months, and/or pay fines from RIs. The Iranian law states “anyone who explicitly violates any religious taboo in public” should be imprisoned for up to two months, or flogged with 74 lashes. They petition for redress of grievance. Women in Iran must cover their hair with a headscarf and their arms and legs with loose clothing. Individual liberties and civil rights are guaranteed, including freedom of speech, of the press, and of religion. All of the powers not granted to the Federal Government are reserved for the people or the States, and it establishes guidelines for due process of law. The second amendment applies to my life by it being a constant impact. Guns impact not only mines but everyone's live's. For my life this includes my safety, one big issue is school shootings. This has been an issue for a while now and makes us fear our lives. With the second amendment stating of granting citizens with the right to of protecting themsleves with bare arms it worries me that people may take advantage of it and be used in a wrong way. This amendment affects me in various ways depending on how people use it to their ability.
