My values have a lot to do with the people I am around and my personal beliefs. Some of the things I value are family, friends, integrity, and taking care of yourself and others.

Family- Family is the most important section, my family is valued higher than any of my main values. My family will always be there to be supportive and look out for me regardless of what I am doing. Family is the one thing you can always count on no matter what happens in your life. I know that my family will always be there for me and I will always be there for them. Friends will come and go but, the family will always be there.

Friends- I value my friends because I can rely on them for almost anything. Friends make life much more enjoyable because doing something with your friends will always be fun.

Honesty and integrity- The two practically mean the same thing, honesty means being true to yourself and others, and then integrity means being honest and holding up to your moral values. The two are things that I hold at a very high value.

My worldview is highly affected by the culture I have grown up in. My worldview between the three main ones is almost entirely based on the guilty innocence section of my worldview. A lot of my beliefs have mainly to do with logical/ scientific reasons. Some of my beliefs are based on honor and respect, typically towards people older than I have shame towards people that might be disrespectful towards others for no apparent reason. Besides that, I'd say I have a very typical western view.

My long-term memory is fairly good and goes a long way back. My oldest memory was walking around my old room back when I was three years old where all I can remember is walking from the closet to the door. A lot of my early aged memories involve me hanging out with my friends and playing soccer. On the other hand, my short-term memory is horrible. I'm always forgetting where my keys are or forgetting to do something. The part of forgetting where I placed my gym pass or my keys will happen every other day. The main problem with my short-term memory is misplacing something.

Out of the main 8 intelligences my top three are Logical-mathematical intelligences, bodily-kinesthetic intelligences, and interpersonal. The three are very accurate with myself. If were to personally grade them I would've had it as those three at the top. For the first two my favourite subject in school is math then I go to the gym on a day basis so it makes sense. Then for interpersonal it makes sense to me because my favourite thing to do is always doing something with a group of people or my friends. Then existential intelligence and linguistic intelligences make a lot of sense to be my bottom two because I rarely ask myself deep questions and I feel like I'd have trouble learning a new language. The intelligences fit farely well with how I'd grade myself.

My best way to learn would have to be something that is hands on. The hands on experience makes it easier to remember something because of the physical aspect gained from this learning style. For example I'd feel much better about being taught through example of changing the oil on my car then just looking it up on my phone. I could still get it done either way but the hands on part, and the muscle memory to a degree makes it so much easier to retain information. Another example is math class where when i do the problems I feel so much better about info then just copying down the information and not doing the problem.

My social perception is mainly controlled through what I have heard about something and what I see set before me. Bias's of mine are created mainly through what I am told. An example is if I've been told someone has been in a bunch of car crashes I automatically believe they aren't a good driver. Some things like that make sense but when I hear someone say sometihng like this person is horrible or something along those lines I usually don't listen to it. I'd rather make my own judgement on someone and the only time I'd not do this is if Someone really close to me like the guy in the picture Aiden said something. Besides how I evaluate a person whenever I'm told about an experience or doing something like for example mowing the lawn, if someone told me sucks I'd accept the bias without a second thought.

The main thing that can bring my spirit up at all times is working out. When I go to the gym my mood is brought up so much higher than it would be if I didn't go. If I don't go to the gym I feel very lazy and unaccomplished. The working out part of going to the gym relaxes me through the process of pushing myself to my limits. At the gym I go to almost all of my friends go there so there's also the factor of getting to interact with my friends which I love to do. I can also be brought up by other things but the gym almost constantly brings me up on a daily basis.

My mental state is very influenced by set bias's I have and the culture I've grown up in. My mentality is set on placing goals for myself and doing what I need to obtain them. My goals vary and have the main goal of me being able to successfully support myself on my own in the future financially and be as successful as possible. I apply this mindset to almost anything I consider as a want in life.

My attitude towards something is mainly affected by how I have taught to look at things from my mom. My attitude is decided by information that I gathered on how I belief something is or how it will turn out. A lot of the information that I am told to believe is taught to me mainly by my family and close friends. Another thing that highly affects my attitudes towards something is what I see online. My attitude on things I have done is mainly affected by emotions i felt throughout the experience. For example when I workout I feel a sensation of relief and relaxation after I am done.

My emotions can be affected by a number of things and can change in an instant. If I get annoyed by something I usually get angry. When I do get angry I can usually calm down quite easily. I feel as though I have very high control over my feelings unless I'm tired. When I become tired it's fairly hard to change my overall mood. For the most part, I'm in a quite chill state where I feel good and happy but not angry or sad.
