The new product in the line of the restaurant is to add the new  machine, introduced for making the shakes. We will encourage the workplace innovation in restaurant by  tolerance of risk. We have to make many different shakes in minimal time for different customers. Is shakes are accurate it will make the customer happy and attract them.<br><br>2.  This machine will help them to make the shakes very easily and quickly which will also help to increase the productivity due to which some worker likes them most. but on another hand some worker dislike it because it very tricky to use and not easy to understand all functions of machine, so they like as usual routine to make it and want back to regular menu. But it will work very efficiently and effectively and make work easy. worker will not  have to put more effort to make easy things. It will increase the sales of the restaurant and productivity also even employee fell more interested for trying new things with different taste. </div>]]></description>

DRIVING FORCES.<br>A) Team Oriented: All the new innovations will be carried throughout the entire team and we take opinion from the entire team. <br>B) Recognition and Awards: it is always appreciable to award or recognize each and every employees because of bringing out new innovations which will motivate all employees. <br>RESTRAINING FACTORS.<br>A) Lack of product knowledge. <br>If the team has less knowledge about the new innovation it will be a big barrier to adapt new changes.<br>B) Work pressure: if the employer gives more work pressure for employees to handle the new innovative product it will be a big restraining factor for the employees to work on it.</div>]]></description>

We are managing a bake shop and are known for baking pastry by hand with wonderful taste. But since we found our shop has had low efficiency, we are planing to introduce new equipment like automated machines.To encourage workplace innovation, we will take &quot;Action Research.&quot; Unfreezing: Explain the things that is going to happen (the changes and the new procedures).    Changing: Discuss the advantages of using the equipment and take the steps slowly, so that they can absorb the new ideas. Training employees on how to operate the new machine will be accompanied. Refreezing: During this step, we can get their feedback to avoid confusion and make the safe environment.         2. Some employees go along with this change, while others do not favor it. Identify &#39;driving forces&#39; &amp; &#39;restraining forces&#39; (pg. 311) and explain how you will work around this?Driving forces:  Increased efficiency, Customer demands, Executive mandate, Trust in unit leader. Restraining forces: Capital investment, Fear about layouts, Lack of training.                        We will try to persuade employees by saying that the new product line will bring our shop more productivity and profitability and we will get all our investment back at the end. As for concerns about layouts, we can promise employees to keep their jobs.  </title>
