Its unexpected to consider that because the class was titled Mexican Tradition, I assumed we would be studying some fascinating aspects of Mexico on the first day of class. I never expected to be playing an instrument on the second day of class, much less one as delicate as a violin. Even though I had to practice a lot, I was eventually able to play a few songs. I miss playing the violin because of the sounds it makes and the feelings it gives me when I was playing it.
