These are some of my students' answers:
1. William Blake is addressing the Lamb to Jesus, the Lamb of God.
The biblical lamb is used as a key symbol to represent the peace prevailing in a
  creation.
2. The image of the child is associated with Jesus.
The child-speaker approaches the ideas of nature and of God.
3.They are common to many children's songs and hymns, perhaps because they
make the songs easier to memorize. The repetition of the first two and last two
lines of each stanza produce a child's song.

Read the poem and find out:
1. Who is addressing the Lamb to?
2. What images do you associate with the idea of a Lamb?
3. Look at the rhyme scheme, the repetitions, the rhythm and say what the poem
    reminds you of.
