We were working a lot with Erasmus+ involving international  volunteers into our projects like: integration of asylum seekers, long-term unemployed and people with disabilities to Swedish society through activities, workshops and job training in our organisation. We are an eco-village community and work with the four pillars of sustainability, which are the environmental, social, cultural and economic pillars. We have organic gardening, forestry, ethical animal husbandry, yoga and wellness, arts and crafts, a lot of music and good vegetarian food, and work a lot with solidarity and inclusion. In our community live about 70 people, including 24 children and youths. I work in the city of Gothenburg and am coordinator at Iter.  Iter, young unemployed people are given the opportunity to work as volunteers in Europe. After the volunteer project, the majority go on to study or find employment.   Iter is run by the Municipality of Gothenburg. Our focus is on young people aged 18–29 years who are neither in employment nor in education or training. We send volunteers to different projects around Europe and provide individualised support. Iter aims to make it easier for young people to become established in the labour market, to encourage them to continue their studies, and to promote inclusion.
