where do you see the future of user generated content (UGC) in the next 5 years ?
- In my opinion, I'd say user generated content will probably become one of the important major content in the next 5 years especially in marketing and advertising judging by its growing popualrity over the years, as the most powerful forms because of their powerful influence on the purchase behavior. UGC is so unique and effective because it is created by the people itself which makes it more retable to others. It is created by the people and for the people, therefore it is genuine and trustworthy, this aspect displays transparency. This way it is helping in making the bond between customers and businesses stronger and genuine. Other than that, user-generated content gives immediate feedback which works as reviews and ratings, build a community within the social media platform and it helps increases the brand trust as well as making content more shoppable with product pages or ecommerce.

Why do you trust or distrust newspapers?
- In my opinion, I do trust the newspapers as it has been a credible news source for the society. Having said thatthe consumers do value specific component related to trust depends, for instance, they seeking are seeking news about politics or traffic and weather, let alone lifestyle. Therefore, newspapers source are still relevant nowadays as to get information from a reliable source.

1. Movie theatres
In my opinion, movie theatres will still exist in 2030 as some people do prefer the ways of going to cinema and purchasing ticket for movies. As it certainly evolving, every industry surely has its own challenges as main streaming movies (Netflix) is much more common nowadys. To envision the future for the filmmaking experience, the industry should improves more on their technology development such as virtual reality (VR), great sound systems, and ultra high definition.

2. Major Broadcast
In my opinion, broadcast networks will unlikely be relevant 10 years from now as for TV viewers, they've found new ways ro watch an avalanche of acclaimed programs. With traditional TV losing viewers with streaming services, the broadcast industry surely but slowly will declined.

Compare traditional radio listening with listening to a station via mobile app?
Traditional broadcastings like talk-shows and National Public Radio announcements eventually shifted into a majority of music-orientated
stations; however both formats still remain.Traditional FM radio stations that are available nationally or locally have limitations of the genre of music that one listens to; opposed to mobile app, that allows us to choose specific genres. Traditional radio stations have more commercials than mobile apps; therefore constant interruption during music streaming. Whereas for choice-based stations, let listeners choose their favourite artists and types of music to create their own playlists. Having said that, listeners program their own unique radio station
