We must take into account that globalization is not only learning about languages outside of our context, but also sharing our language and knowledge. 

I would say to younger adults that their language is proof of important cultural heritage and that there are no limits of languages one can speak. Besides, speaking their language and speaking Spanish are actions that can coexist without one taking importance from the other, both are rich languages that allow a person to express themselves in different ways, and they can interchange them according to settings, and still live valuable experiences connect to them.
