Today, we are going to solve the home violence which is happened in my home, in order to get rid of my father's clutches. Bravely, my mother decide to stand up and against my father ,did not afraid of the intimidation which is come from my father.That was a rainy day, the rain was spattering down on the darkness ground. My dad walk into the house with the Vodka smell which is all around him. When he saw all the toy spread on the ground, suddenly, he came to found me and started to shouted loudly at me and smashed everything he could saw. Hearing the noisy and scared by my dad's shout, my mom rushed to my dad and cried miserable to bagar my dad stop whipping at me....

My mom has propose many evidences which is advantageous in my mom's side. Such as the proof of salary and the injury diagnosis certificate. Try to prove she is the guardian who have the ability to raising the child. After knowing the detail, the judge decide to give the custody to my mom.
