A structure of walls where the “Libertador” Simón Bolívar was accommodated is a place that can be visited in Bucaramanga to learn about the roots of Colombia. This is Bolivar’s House, it’s the location of the Santander History Academy and it harbors a museum with over 4.000 pieces about the archeological and artistic richness of this area of the countries’ northeast.
I think it´s really near there, you can walk. They´re 3 blocks to the left, then turn right, then you should go ahead two blocks. Now you are in front of the "Iglesia San Laureano". House of Bolivar is next to the church.

This park is in front of the San Laureano Church. It is one of the most important park of the city.
