I think that he would have the nook reading app because Tweed enjoyed collecting books, so this would allow him to conveniently read on the go with his busy schedule. 
2. Bank of America Mobile Banking
He would have this banking app on his phone because Tweed was a millionaire at the time, and owned tons of land. This app would allow him to keep track of his credit scores/ budgeting, and setting up ATM withdraws.
3. Google Translate
This translating app would be very helpful for him, for when he flees to Cuba. He may not have known 100% Spanish which is there main language. This song would be one of Tweed's favorites because one of the things he wanted most was money. It would suit him because he basically took all of the money from New York citizens in order to fulfill his needs/wants.

I think that this song would be on his playlist because when the Tweed circle crumbled, this song could represent his frustration and struggle of being trapped behind bars.
