Dorsal Cavity- Contains cranial cavity and vertebral cavity which is known as the back and posterial
2. Cranical Cavity- The space formed iniside the skull
3. Vertebral Cavity- Spinal cord protected by the vertebral column in the dorsal cavity.
4.Ventral Cavity- The body cavity composed of the thoracic abdominal and pelvic cavities.
5. Thoracic Cavity- In the ventral cavity and is separated from the rest by the diaphragm (heart and lungs)
6. Pleural Cavity- The potential space between the two layers of pleura.
7. Pericardial Cavity- The potential space between the epicardium and the parietal layer of the serous pericardium.
8. Abdominal Pelvic Cavity- inferior to the diaphragm breaks down to abdominal and pelvic cavity.
9. Abdomen- The anterior portion of the body between the thorax and the pelvis.
10. 12. Coronal- A vertical plane lying in the direction of the side to side coronal suture of the skull.
13. Posterior- Located behind a part or toward the rear of a structure.
14. Dorsal- Directed toward or situated on the back surface, as opposed to ventral.
15. Anterior- Denoting the front surface of the body often used to indicate the position of one structure.
16. Ventral- Pertaining to the abdomen or to any venter.
17. Transverse plane- One passing horizontally through the body, an organ.
18. Superior- Situated nearer the vertex of the head in relation to a specific reference point.
19. Inferior- To the lower surface of a structure or to the lower structure.
20. Median- One passing longitudinally through the body an organ or a part from front to back.
21. Saggital- Vertical planes through the body parallel to the median plane.
22.Midsaggital- Relating to or to designate the median plane.
23. Parasaggital- off to the side cut down the body.
24. Left- side of the body contains important organ like the heart.
25. Right- side of your body without the heart
