Always has a general application. </p><p><br/></p><p>Implementing acts ensure uniform implementation of EU law when required. They are subject to oversight by member states. They represent an executive or administrative function not a legislative one. </p><p><br/></p><p>Delegated acts are somewhat legislative, implementing acts aren’t. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
