         <title>s The flowchart should have a date or version on it so we are all up to date.  It would be better if there were a central minor infraction gathering tool so that students are held accountable after 3 offenses in different classes/areas rather than waiting for accumulation with one staff member.  I have a spreadsheet that only takes a few clicks to update but I realize that that is a lot of management for teachers.</title>

         <title>T-minors vs. majors need to be clarified...examples cheating...when does a teacher take care of it or when does it go directly down to the office!  I believe cheating on a test (major) is very different than cheating on a homework assignment (minor).  The flow chart does not make that clear and has caused some frustration in how to handle things.</title>
