         <title>Cognitive Changes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Between early and middle adulthood, there were noticeable changes in the interviewees priorities and thought processes. During early adulthood, most of the participants were very self conscious and cared about how people perceived them in terms of attractiveness. During  middle adulthood, many of the participants felt as if there were more important aspects of themselves, while still focusing on other's perceive their physical characteristics. <br>The participants in the early adulthood stage are developing higher levels of intelligence via education and life experiences, while the participants in middle adulthood are concerned about maintaining memory and the ability to retain information. <br>In terms of sexuality, it is prioritized greatly among individuals in early adulthood, but becomes less vitally important in middle adulthood. Many of them still valued sex and saw it as a need, but not to the extent of those in the early adulthood stage.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Socio-emotional changes</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Individuals in the early adulthood stage mentioned that they found it difficult to withhold emotional impulses and reactions. On the other hand, people in the late adulthood stage typically handle their emotions more effectively. They believe there is a time for self expression and attempt to cope with stressors  appropriately and professionally. </div>]]></description>
