         <title>Boatman&#39;s Cheesy Sausage Corn Dip</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2 blocks of cream cheese<br>1 lb of hot sausage<br>1 can of rotel<br>1 can of corn<br><br>Melt cream cheese in microwave or crockpot.<br>Cook sausage and drain.<br>Combine all of above (juices from corn and rotel included) in crockpot and stir. May need to add a little water to thin it out.  Heat and serve.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>9x13 brownie mix<br>2 eggs<br> 2/3 cup oil<br>1/4 water<br>Mix together and pour into a well-greased crockpot. <br><br>Jar of hot fudge sauce<br>1/4 hot water. <br><br>Mix together and pour over the top, but do not stir in.<br><br>Bag of mini marshmallows. Sprinkle over the top.<br><br>Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours .<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.  Find a store having a sale on 2 liter bottles of soda/pop/coke(whatever you prefer to call it)<br>2. Buy the pop and some plastic cups.  Make sure you get enough!<br>3. Bring to school and put out some of the bottles in the morning.  Be sure to save some for the afternoon or you will run out.<br>4. Enjoy!</div>]]></description>

         <title>Harvest Caramel Corn</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></div><ul><li>10 Cups of Popped Popcorn</li><li>Salt</li><li>1 Cup Butter (Sweet Cream Salted)</li><li>1 Cup Light Brown Sugar</li><li>2 tsp. Vanilla</li><li>1/2 tsp. Baking Soda</li><li>Mini Rolos or Regular Rolos</li><li>Harvest Blend M&amp;M Candy</li></ul><div><strong><br>DIRECTIONS:</strong></div><ol><li>Make popcorn.</li><li>Salt popcorn and set aside.</li><li>Melt 1 cup of butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.</li><li>Add 1 cup of brown sugar and stir until thoroughly mixed.</li><li>Stirring continuously, bring the butter and sugar mixture up to a boil</li><li>When it reaches a boil allow it to cook for 5 minutes without stirring.</li><li>Add the 2 tsp. of vanilla at the 4 minute mark and stir to mix.</li><li>Continue to boil for one addition minute and then add the 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.</li><li>Drizzle 3/4 of the caramel mixture over the popcorn. Use a spoon to gently fold the popcorn with the mixture until the kernels are all covered. Save 1/4 of the mixture to the side.</li><li>Pour the popcorn out onto a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil or a silpat liner.</li><li>Drizzle the remaining caramel mixture over the caramel corn and immediately sprinkle the M&amp;M Candy and the Mini Rollo’s on the areas with the drizzled caramel mixture.</li><li>Let the popcorn cool.</li><li>Serve.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients</div><ul><li>1/2 tsp kosher salt</li><li>1 1/2 tsp baking powder</li><li>1 1/2 cups flour</li><li>1/2 cup butter, room temperature</li><li>1 cup light brown sugar</li><li>1/4 cup granulated sugar</li><li>1/2 Tbsp cinnamon</li><li>2 eggs</li><li>1 Tbsp vanilla</li><li>1/2 cup milk</li><li>1 Granny Smith Apple, finely chopped</li></ul><div><br>CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING<br><br></div><ul><li>2 Tbsp granulated sugar</li><li>1 tsp cinnamon</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Instructions</div><ol><li>Preheat oven to 350°</li><li>Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with baking spray. Line bottoms and up the ends with a strip of parchment paper (for easy removal) and spray again. Set aside.</li><li>Whisk together salt, baking powder and flour. Set aside.</li><li>In bowl of stand mixer beat butter, both sugars and cinnamon for 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping sides as necessary. Add in both eggs and vanilla and continue mixing until smooth, again scraping sides as necessary.</li><li>Turn mixer to low and add in flour mixture and milk in alternating additions, starting and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.</li><li>Finally add in apples and stir until just combined and pour batter into prepared pan.</li><li>Mix together the sugar and cinnamon for topping and sprinkle on top of batter.</li><li>Bake for 50-55 minutes until bread is set and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.</li><li>Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.</li><li>Serve warm or at room temperature.</li></ol>]]></description>
