This brings us to the senses of humans where he brings multiple examples of species in the animal kingdom with peripheral devices ( ears , hands ). He wants to restore senses by creating sensory substitutions with newer and more advance technology's. Our brain is just simply for taking in electrochemical signals and interpreting the patterns. What limits our information is just the peripherals we have to transform "reality' into the electric pulse our brain is able to process. We all don't know whether or not what we perceive and conclude is truly everything we know. For example, bats, bees, birds view the world in their own bubble of reality, they may not know colours which is due to their own biological limitations. We homo-sapiens have evolved to perceive a majority of knowledge about the nature of what we are living in, however, it is stated that there are things that us humans can't perceive such as different waves or different planes of reality as the 4D. Our brains just can't perceive 4D thus how do we know if there are 4D people living amongst us.
