         <description><![CDATA[<div>At this time the bay has probably seen its most trash. People no fish in the bay because the water quality is low. in order to change the way the bay is we must learn to make sure our trash makes it to a trash can and that we are more cautious about what and how much of those pollutants are pumped into the bay and into the air. </div>]]></description>
