2.  I am interested in researching autism because it's an area in abnormal psychology. I also have some experience dealing with autistic people, so researching into this would give me insight on what is actually happening.

3.  Subtopics could include: Where does autism affect the brain and is it restricted to just these areas. How does autism affect individuals learning affinity? Why does autism develop? When does autism develop, and how could we possibly prevent autism in this time?

4. I could probably ask the autistic child's guardian for permission to survey and or do experiments with the autistic child.

5.  What areas of the Brain does Autism affect, how could researchers prevent this?

I think you have a really specific focus and it would be interesting to see what you find from this research. I also like how you chose a topic that you've had experience in and have resources available to aid your research. I have a few questions regarding the children, are you going to focus on just one children (in question 4) and conduct experiments? The subtopics that you wrote are all very specific questions, but are you going to include all of them in your essay?

Abnormal psychology especially mental disorders are very complicated and sounds like there will be a lot to research about.
